Color has amazing power! Emotionally, it can evoke memories – some comforting and nostalgic while others may not be so pleasant. Color can even influence our physical well-being. In fact, color theorists can evaluate our personalities by our color choices.

So, what color are you? What style and ambience would you like to exude in your home? Are the colors on your walls and in your fabrics working for you? Are they working together?

Whatever concern you may have regarding color, let’s walk around your home and talk about the areas of your rooms and your lifestyle you would like to address. Sometimes just a simple color change on a wall or in accessories can make all the difference!

  • Fee: Consultation (average 1-2 hours) $75

Designer Tip:

If you're having a hard time deciding new color schemes refer to the exterior paint charts in the home improvement stores. These charts usually show 3 colors that will work together and in correct proportions to one another.

Inspection: Prior to your scheduled Open House, I will come in and inspect your property to ensure that all of the staging that has been done has been maintained. If necessary I will move some furnishings back into place and “tweak” the details, such as clean the fingerprints from the wall or remove your child’s bike from the yard. Elements that can easily be overlooked by the homeowner, but always noticed by potential buyers!

  • Fee: (average of 1 hour per showing)  $75
  • Due and payable at the completion of service. Cash, check or money orders only, please.

Assistant: You may also like to have me present at your Open House. I can help your agent by offering added security just by my presence in areas of the house he/she can not be in. With my in -depth knowledge of your home, I can answer buyers’ question about the features of your house. Naturally,  I would always refer buyers to your agent regarding any money or purchase issues.

  • Fee: (average 1-4 hours per showing) $175
  • Due and payable at completion of the Open House. Cash, check or money orders only, please.

DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Consultation Back to Top

Whether you are seeking some general decorating advice or would like specific guidance in helping your own redesign efforts, this service is for you. You and I will tour the room(s) you wish to redecorate and discuss problem areas, highlights, and your taste, lifestyle and décor goals. Areas of consultation could include furniture arrangements, color choices, lighting, etc. By the end of our appointment I will give you a customized “to-do” and reference list so you are able to have direction and stay the course as you implement your redesign.

If you prefer, or if you are located too far away for me to come to your home, you can contact me for my on-line consultation service.

CONSULTATION (AVERAGE 1-2 HOURS.)

  • FEE: $75

If you are a Redesign DIY’er AND want to save even more money, then my online consultation is perfect for you.

Simply click on the Buy Now button where you will pay the fee through the PayPal system. (You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this system.) Once I receive your payment through the PayPal system , I will contact you within 24 hours via email in order to get all of your information.

Within 10 business days of my receipt of your information, I will reply with a personalized and detailed design plan for you which may include, but is not limited to, a written recommendation, a floor plan, paint color and fabric swatches, and suggested purchases coordinating photos and store locations when possible.  What is included in my design is dependent on your particular questions/situation.  This will be sent through the US Postal Service to your mailing address.

  • Fee: $65 per room
