When I come to your house to prepare my Home Staging Evaluation for you, the process will be as follows: You, your real estate agent (if you have one) and I will tour the exterior and interior of your home. I will look at your property with ‘buyer’s eyes’ and we will discuss all areas to be enhanced, corrected or are already appropriately presented. At the end of our meeting, I will immediately hand to you my recommendations for actions that will help you get your house to stand out from the competition. From that checklist you choose how much staging you would like to do yourself. There will be no need to wait a week for a costly and fancy written report. In my book, the bottom line is quick action equals quick results!

 If you would like for me to return in order to assist you with the hands-on Staging of your home, a minimum fee as outlined for my Redesign Services will apply. Based on the nature and scope of what may need to be done to Stage your home, these fees are subject to change. All fees will be quoted prior to the start of any services
